Corrigendum is hereby issued as under for the correction of printing mistakes in the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on May 3, 2012 printed in Daily Business Recorder on April 12, 2012. In Table of Statement under Section 160(1)(b) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 regarding estimated expenditure/ cost occurred during the previous financial year, in Row No.2 Serial No.1, the word “each” before the Working Director be deleted and in Rows No.6 & 9 Serial Nos.5 and 8 after the Chief Executive Officer/ the word “each” be deleted and replaced with “and”. After the above corrections, the correct table under respective Serial Numbers would be as under:
